POLICIES

  • Customers must provide AL&M with the following items before picking up rental equipment:
     Ø Valid Driver's License
     Ø Credit/Debit Card
     Ø Valid Vehicle Registration

  • The entire rental fee must be paid before picking up rental equipment.

  • All deposits to reserve equipment are non-refundable.

  • AL&M will reserve all rental equipment paid for in advance, all others will be served according to availability on a "first come, first serve" basis.

  • Customers returning damaged items will be responsible for repair parts and labor costs.

  • Customers not returning items will be charged for the full amount of replacing the items.

  • AL&M is not responsible for engineering. We check equipment before it leaves, but it is up to the renter to know how to operate the equipment.

  • We ask that you please bring the equipment back as early as possible on the date it is due in as we often have more customers waiting to pick up the gear as soon as it arrives.

 

TIPS

  • If you know what you need and when you need it, call ahead and be sure it's available on that date.
  • Come by the store with your ID, credit/debit card 1 to 2 weeks before the rental date, pay the entire rental fee up front and fill out all the paperwork necessary. That way, on the rental date your equipment will be reserved and you can simply come pick it up and go.
